Wade Phelps of Roanoke, Ill., falls off of Crooked Face at the PBR Great Lakes Invitational at the Dow Event Center in Saginaw on Saturday. According to the Professional Bull Riders' rules, the clock begins when the bull's shoulder passes the gate and stops when the rider's hand comes out of the rope, his free arm touches the bull or he hits the ground.
